My swiftlet farming Progress

Sorry for not post any pictured this few week due to very busy and my internet got problem.


This month we have 8 progress bird house.

1) Bukit Minyak - Shop lot. 2 storey. Just finish modify the building and now is rewiring the tweeter. Will start to switch on the sound end of this month.

2) Nibong Tebal - Shop lot. 2 storey. Just helping the owner to adjust the sound system and place more internal tweeter. Will finish end of this month also.

3) Jawi- Stand Alone. 3 storey . Size is 20 X 80. Already finish this building 8 month ago but got problem with the TNB. Just get the electrical supply last week. Going to start connect the sound system. Will finish on the end of this month.

4) Alor Setar - Tmn Crytal , Shop lot. 1 storey. Already finish on modify the building. Now just run the sound testing only.

5) Alor Setar - Factory lot. Top floor. Just start to convert and modify the top floor. Just get the temp before modify. toooo hot 39 !!!. Still trying to modify and try to reduce the temp.

6) Padang Sera -Stand Alone . Just start this project few day ago. The size of this building is 30 X 100 for 4 1/2 storey. I will post the pictured soon.


7)Kuala Sungai Project- Stand Alone

This is one of the bigger project with the size is 40 feet X 100 feet for 4 story. Will finish in 7 month.



Kerpan Project

Ah Pak just use about 2 month time, this project already finish.
We are now getting the data now but the temp is too high due to high of this building only 6 to 7 feet. We still adjust it to make sure that the temp is on the right value.

Alor Setar Project

3 Month With 100 Nest

Yesterday, during the site visit on the new stand alone bird house, i get a call from Mr S. Mr S is one of my good friends that have problem with his bird house. I already post the pictured during we modify his bird house.

After about 3 month, he when into this bird house yesterday and very very happy because after his count, the nest from 2X up to about 100 nest. According to him, he just count about 20% finish nest. The basic mark are not count yet. From the CCTV DVR, total bird that enter and stay in his bird house already up to 500 bird.

Kerpan Project

Juru Swiftlet House Project

This is the Juru Project. Is a standalone bird house. The size of this project is 30 feet X 100 feet. We will finish this project in this May. I design it with open roof types due to the wind problem.

Kerpan project already finish until the top floor. I will post the pictured tomorrow if the line is ok.

Kerpan Project 2 Floor

The 2 floor already finish for concrete work. Now we are progress to 3 floor. We going to finish this project on the end of Feb. Hope the weather is good !!!!!

The beam from the slap is only 6 feet height.

This year is my busy year due to have to finish 2 more bird house before noon tomorrow. I hope we can finish it on time. Besides that, today i just operated 2 more BH. One is standalone BH and one more is shop lot. Below is the shop lot BH:-
